The building is a mid rise apartment building that consists of two buildings side by side, with a total foot print of 5800 m2. Each of the two buildings consist of ground + seven floors.Slabs are mainly post tensioned concrete slabs. The scope of work was to design all floors as post tensioned slabs taking temperature effect as well as seismic loads into consideration and preparing design drawings,shop drawings and calculation sheets.
