MIXED USE TOWER (UAE)

The building is a mixed use tower with a foot print of 3000 m2. The building consists of 4 basements, ground and 42 floors.Slabs are mainly post tensioned concrete slabs. The scope of work was to design all floors as post tensioned slabs taking  temperature effect as well as seismic loads into consideration and preparing design drawings,shop drawings and calculation sheets.
